Horizon Regarding Sheriff Joe Arpaio Interview

Attorney Stephen Montoya was interviewed on Arizona Horizon along with Former U.S. Attorney for Arizona Paul Charlton regarding Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. The Department of Justice has declared that they are filing “criminal contempt-of-court” against Sheriff Arpaio because he has continually arrested numerous “suspected” undocumented immigrants. He has done all of this despite multiple federal court orders to cease and desist.

In the interview with Horizon, Attorney Montoya discusses the case surrounding Sheriff Arpaio and his thoughts on whether he should be entitled to a jury trial or not. Attorney Montoya has filed suit against the Maricopa County Sheriff many times in the past regarding constitutional rights violations.
